FAQ’s

I have been trying to enter my unique code online, but the submit button won’t work, can you help me?

Please ensure you have entered all your information correctly. If you have entered the incorrect code, make sure you select the “clear code” button and then re-enter the correct code.

I have tried to enter my code online but it seems to be invalid. What do I do?

Please ensure you have entered the characters of your unique code correctly. Please watch out for characters that may resemble others such as the letter ‘I’ and the number ‘1’. If you are still having trouble entering your code, email your details to promotions@npd.co.nz along with a photo of your entry card code.

I have filled up at a participating site but was told they have no entry codes.

Please take your receipt into the store to retrieve your entry code/s. If the store is unable to provide you with an entry code/s – please contact 0800 544 6162 and one of our friendly team members can help you.

I’m having trouble finding the site I filled up at on this online entry form – can you help?

Please make sure you are selecting the correct site from the drop-down list provided on the entry form. You cannot manually enter a site (type).

Please ensure you are entering on the correct form (participating sites are not the same).

How do I enter this promotion?

When you spend $50 or more at participating NPD sites, you will receive a unique entry code to enter online.

This promotion runs from Monday 10 June to Sunday 11 August 2024.

When will the competition be drawn?

20 winners will be drawn by NPD management at the end of each week of the promotion.

How will you notify the winners?

Winners are all drawn by NPD and a site contact will get in touch to notify you if you have won.
