We require a highly organised and motivated Fuel Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at the NPD Head Office in Richmond.

Fuel Co-ordinator Role

To support this growth we are seeking additional members to our team based at Head Office in Richmond, Nelson to co-ordinate the fuel delivery with our drivers across our expanding network.  While logistics experience is definitely an advantage, all training will be given on the job therefore applicants are welcomed even if you are new to this field, but are able to display the right attributes.

As well as being an excellent communicator and problem solver, you will have the ability to thrive on the following responsibilities:

  •  A focus on safety, efficiencies; customer and driver satisfaction
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Package), especially Excel
  • Good with geographical information/mapping and have excellent spatial awareness
  • Analytical thinking, with a passion for working with numbers
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task well
  • A positive role model, respectful and have a good sense of humour.

While normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, time outside of these hours is often required to meet operational needs.  The role also includes rostered weekend work as part of regular duties.

You will be required to comply with NPD’s Drug and Alcohol policy, applicants will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug test.
