What can I purchase using my NPD Gift Card?
You can use an NPD Gift Card to purchase fuel, food, beverage and convenience items from participating NPD Retail and Self Serve sites.
Do NPD Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, NPD Gift Cards expire two years after date of purchase.
Can I withdraw cash from my NPD Gift Card?
No, NPD Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
How do I check the balance of my NPD Gift Card?
The remaining balance left on your NPD Gift Card will be displayed on your receipt or purchase.
What happens if the value on my NPD Gift Card is less than the total cost of my purchase?
At a Retail site, you can use Eftpos, Cash or Credit Card to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
At a Self Serve site, the fuel pump will stop dispensing when the value remaining on the card has been used.
What happens if my NPD Gift Card is lost or stolen?
NPD is not responsible for any NPD Gift Cards that are lost or stolen. We highly recommend that you treat your NPD Gift Card as cash and keep it safe and secure as so.

Terms and Conditions
NPD Gift Cards can only be purchased from participating NPD Retail sites or NPD Head Office.
NPD Gift Cards can only be redeemed at participating NPD Self Serve and Retail sites nationwide.
NPD Gift Cards come in a variety of denominations from a minimum of $20 to a maximum of $1000.
NPD Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to draw cash from.
NPD Gift Cards do not require a pin number or signature to activate.
If the total purchase made exceeds the value stored on the card, the difference can be paid for using Eftpos, a credit card or cash.
NPD Gift Cards hold no value until they have been paid for and the value assigned to the card in store.
NPD Gift Cards have an expiry date of two years from the purchase date. Any unused value remaining on the gift card after the expiry date is nonrefundable.
Your balance will be displayed on your receipt after each purchase and/or top up.
NPD will not redeem, replace, or refund NPD Gift Cards that have been damaged, compromised or fraudulently tampered with.
NPD will not replace or be held responsible for NPD Gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
