How do I know when there is a discount or promotion running at an NPD Self Serve site?

NPD Self Serve Promotion Terms and Conditions

The discounted fuel price is displayed on the pumps and price pylon (sign) at participating NPD sites and is available during site opening hours, while stocks last. Truck Stops and Marine Stops are excluded from any promotion or offer.
NPD reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion or offer without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical errors.
NPD takes no responsibility for system outages, payment failures, or connectivity issues that may prevent customers from receiving the advertised discount.
In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and promotional advertising materials, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
NPD runs a variety of fuel promotions, including Discount Days, Fuel Discounts, Fuel Specials, and Weekend Specials. All such promotions are governed by these same Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.
Promotions or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other active discounts, offers, or promotions. Promotional discounts may not apply to all fuel grades unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The discount applies to the price charged by the individual NPD site for any liquid fuel immediately before the promotional period begins. Where a promotional period overlaps with another, the discount applies to the fuel price in effect prior to the first promotion starting.
The promotional period refers to the advertised time(s) and date(s) the discounted fuel is available. NPD reserves the right to start a promotion or offer earlier or extend it beyond the advertised time, or to cancel/modify a promotion or offer due to site issues or operational challenges.
The amount, timing, duration, location, and availability of discounts are determined solely by NPD and may change at NPD’s discretion.
NPD’s decisions on all matters related to promotions or offers are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in NPD promotions or offers, you agree to the particulars outlined above.
By signing up to our notifications, you consent to receive communications from NPD about promotions, fuel specials, food and beverage deals, site launches, and other competitions and offers.

NPD Self Serve Sites

Our Self Serve sites are unmanned, meaning there are no staff or employees on site, and there is no cafe, shop, or convenience store. Customers refuel their vehicles themselves and can pay at the Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT) using NPDcard, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.

Self Serve sites:

- Retail (manned) sites are excluded from Self Serve promotions and offers.
- Do not accept external group discounts, such as Super Gold cards.
- Occasionally offer additional discounts for special promotions, including site openings, Christmas, Easter, or long weekends.
- Typically offer a lower pump price compared to nearby full-service Retail sites.

Do I need an NPDcard to purchase fuel from a NPD Self Serve site?

No you don’t need an NPDcard to use an NPD Self Serve site – we accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and NPDcard at the pump.

Can I redeem the supermarket docket 12c discount offer at an NPD Self Serve site?

Supermarket dockets are not accepted at NPD Self Serve sites.

Can I use a gift card or voucher to pay for fuel at a NPD Self Serve site?

Gift cards such as Prezzi Cards and other vouchers are not accepted payment methods at NPD Self Serve sites.

Can I use my Super Gold Card at NPD Self Serve Sites?

No, the Super Gold Card cannot be used at NPS Self Serve Sites.

Can I use my Mobil Card at NPD Self Serve Sites?

Mobil Card is accepted at selected NPD Self Serve sites. You can find details on where Mobil Card is accepted by searching for the site using the above map.

Why are the prices at NPD Self Serve sites different to NPD Retail Sites?

NPD strive to offer the best value fuel at all sites. The fuel price is discounted at the Self Serve sites as there is no forecourt attendant, retail shop or other services provided. The fuel price is different at the Retail sites as they do provide the full service.

Why is there a hold of $200 on my card when I use a Self Serve site?

In some cases, your bank account may show a pending transaction of $200.00. These funds are held temporarily by your bank, not NPD, and are normally released within 3 days. If you cannot wait for the funds to be released, please contact your bank directly.
