NPD opens in Rangiora on high profile site

Growing demand in the thriving township of Rangiora has prompted discount fuel operator NPD to open a Self-Serve outlet on the high profile corner of Railway and Lineside Roads.

The spacious site opened a couple of weeks ago and is open 24/7 with 12 refuelling locations. Learn more about the NPD Rangiora Site and get directions.

Chief executive Barry Sheridan says NPD’s aim is to bring lower fuel prices to South Island motorists and he is delighted to extend that opportunity to Rangiora.

“We’re really pleased with the support and positive feedback we are receiving from the Rangiora community and those visiting.”

Rangiora is NPD’s 66th South Island site and Sheridan says it is looking to add another 19 sites over the next 12 months.

“We are focused on developing a strong fuel network to support motorists throughout the South Island. We’re thankful for the support that NPD receives from South Island motorists and we look forward to continuing to provide excellent service with a strong value offering,” Sheridan says.

The new Rangiora site is the first in the township to offer 100Plus, NPD’s new high-octane petrol. 100Plus is one of the highest octane, road-legal petrol grades to be offered in New Zealand from an established fuel retail network.

“Many modern cars benefit from higher-octane petrol and the special formulation in 100Plus also delivers a number of other benefits. These can include; improved fuel consumption, reduced emissions, extended shelf life and smoother engine operation. ” Sheridan says. Learn more about NPD’s 100Plus high-octane petrol.
