NPD Catering – Terms and Conditions

By placing a catering order with NPD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Ordering and Confirmation

  • All catering orders must be placed at least 2 hours prior to the requested delivery or pickup time.

  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation (email or text) from NPD Catering.

  • We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders due to availability, staffing, or operational constraints.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required upon collection of the goods, unless agreed otherwise.

  • We may ask for payment before producing large orders.

  • We accept payment via instore EFTPOS or credit card. Unless agreed otherwise.

  • Prices may vary based on ingredient availability or seasonal changes.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event will incur no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time may incur a cancellation fee or full charge.

  • Changes to orders must be requested no later than 2 hours prior to pick up and are subject to approval and availability.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is currently not available. Unless prior arrangements were agreed upon.

  • Pickup is available from selected NPD locations. Pickup time must be adhered to for food safety reasons.

5. Dietary Requirements

  • We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies if informed in advance.

6. Food Safety

  • Once food is delivered or picked up, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe storage and consumption.

  • NPD is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption after delivery/pickup.

7. Liability

  • NPD is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or consumption of our catering products, except where required by law.

  • In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

NPD Refresh Café Catering Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to New Zealand residents only.
    • Entrants must place a valid catering order through NPD Refresh Café during the promotional period.
    • NPD employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  2. Promotional Period:
    • The promotion runs from 12:00am on 25 November 2024 to 11:59pm on 31 December 2024.
    • Orders placed outside this period are not eligible for entry.
  3. How to Enter:
    • Each catering order placed during the promotional period automatically qualifies as one entry.
    • The entry is based on the specific catering pack(s) purchased.
  4. Prize Details:
    • One winner will receive the same catering pack(s) they ordered during the promotional period.
    • The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other product.
  5. Prize Redemption:
    • The winner must redeem their free catering pack(s) by 31 January 2025.
    • Redemption is subject to standard product availability and café operating hours.
  6. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be drawn at random by NPD after the promotional period ends.
    • The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided with their order.
    • If NPD cannot reach the winner within 5 business days, a new winner may be drawn.
  7. General Conditions:
    • NPD reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
    • NPD may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  8. Privacy:
    • Entrant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
