We are seeking a full-time (40hrs/week), experienced Senior Administrator with a strong background in debt management to join our busy Business Support Team, in Richmond (Sunny Nelson). This is a pivotal role involving managing outstanding debt and carrying out key financial procedures to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our team.

The Position: We are seeking a full-time (40hrs/week), experienced Senior Administrator with a strong background in debt management to join our busy Business Support Team, in Richmond (Sunny Nelson). This is a pivotal role involving managing outstanding debt and carrying out key financial procedures to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Management & Finance:

    • Oversee debtor management and collection activities
    • Manage transactional processing across multiple systems
    • Conduct bank, site, and stock reconciliations
    • Process payments and direct debit (DD) runs
    • Assist with monthly and end-of-year accounts processing
    • Deliver various financial reports
    • Provide general accounts support across the NPD network

Customer Service:

  • Handle and resolve customer queries and account issues
  • Support and help develop customer service standards
  • Assist with customer complaints and management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems
  • Contribute to improving efficiency and accuracy within the department

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3 years + experience in a senior administrator role with debt management expertise (preferably in an accounting or finance environment)
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of financial data and reconcile discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and data entry
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • An outstanding phone manner with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills capabilities with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility, reliability and work ethic
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Confidence navigating various digital tools and finance systems.
