NPD Aorangi Motors
Sara Boyd has spent over 20 years onsite at NPD Aorangi Motors. Originally in partnership with her father, Sara is now the sole owner of the Pleasant Point garage.
“My Dad was a mechanic and I have been around cars most of my life,” she says, “and when my kids were little they used to come to work with me every day and they’d work here in the holidays.”
Sara has seen a few changes at the garage over the years but something that never changes are the great customers.
“You get to know a lot of people – and we don’t always talk about the weather,” she says.
NPD Aorangi Motors is just 20 minutes from Timaru and is a handy stop on the way to the lakes Tekapo, Pukaki, Ohau and Benmore.
